I Am Always Late

It’s about halfway through the month of February (le douze Février to be exact) and I just realized that I haven’t officially laid out my goals for this month. So since this is also the shortest month of the year I have decided to combine my February and March goals. The last twelve days some how managed to runaway while I was too busy to pay attention. I spent some many nights awake and stressed out. But I feel that I am “getting back into the grove of things”, as cliché as that sounds. I didn’t realize how busy my semester was going to be until now: 18 credits, 5 classes, 3 e-boards, and an internship. I am grateful for the people around me who help me stay motivated, especially Ivonna and Kaitlynn, they’ve help me through so much more than they know (thanks guys!). This month I experienced so many problem that I don’t even feel like writing about but right now I just hope that the worst of the year is behind me.

On the brighter side of things, Arizona is in less than 2 weeks! I hate winter so this is going to be an awesome getaway. Kaitlynn and I have started a list of all the ridiculous things to attempt to do while we are in Arizona (such as building a sand castle in the desert). I’ve decided that for this trip I am going to ask to borrow the LC-A+, the Krab Underwater case, the splizter lens, the wide angle lens and buy 10 rolls of film from my internship! I am way too excited!

Well, here are my goals for February & March (some a repeated because they are ongoing or incomplete):

Connecting Creativity to Life

“CCL stands for Connecting Creativity in Life and is not to be confused with anything else. A magazine formed by a collation of young minds with a common goal to give the people a complete view of the world around them in the best way possible. Creativity is a skill we all hold but few have the venue to make it known. What self-expression is the power to leave the others behind and step into a untrodden path”

This was taken from an online magazine that a couple of friends and I tried to start in the middle of high school. Now I have decided that 2010 CCL will be one of my official projects. I plan to revive this project and make it grow. Last year I started of the year with a resolution to make monthly goals to achieve. I feel these monthly goals helped me achieve more in the overall year. I plan to maintain this resolution into 2010 as well as create new ones.
